Will the older style CRK belt pouch work with the umnum?

I have the older single snap sheath for CRK folders with one snap. Will the umnum fit?

I have some of the nice old skool sheaths and the umnum does fit with the clip facing out and the pivot up....you have to stretch the flap just a little to snap it shut but it looks like when it breaks in ...it will be a nice fit...the old skool sheaths are very nice quality...IMO.
