One thing that they can't copy is the quality 
haha! id sure like to see those other versions...
but let's look at the positive things with the CCCs:
1. they're made of scrap metal (recycling, saving the enviroment)
2. they don't have kicks or second tang pin (to save more scrap metal to make more quality CCCs)
3. the pins are ususally hollow (to make the bali lighter, and then faster)
4. the latch is either
1. too long (so that you can hold it with your entire hand when performing a latch drop, or to prevent that the bali is locked open/closed too tight)
2. too short (so that you
can't do the extremely dangarous latch drop, or so that the bali is locked open/closed very nice and tight, and not accidently open)
5. the tang pin cupps/pockets are either
1. left out (to make the bali nice and tight when locked open/closed, and so you won't get pinched when doing twirls too close to the pivot point)
2. too deep (to make sure the bali isn't too tight when you try to lock it open/closed)
6. since the blade is made of junk metal, it's very hard to sharpen (that way you won't really get it sharp, and you don't have to worrying about your kids getting a hold of it - they won't get damaged anyway)
7. they're tang-stamped 'stainless' or 'rostfrei' (rust free) (that way it won't rust, because if you have a knife which says 'stainless', you know it won't rust, so you won't try it either. if you have a knife which says nothing: of course you must try to see if it rusts!)
8. they have cheap plastic- instead of expensive wood inserts (to save the trees in the rainforrest and elsewhere)
9. they're made of such poor quality (so that you WON'T flip it, get cut, get stabbed, get hooked on balis and spend all your money on buying more, no, it's to make you HATE balis, throw them all away, beat up every person you hear about owning a bali, and devastate all balisongs in the world!!!
... or something...)
now you see. they only care about the world and about you. there should be no other balis than CCCs...
