Will there be a G-10 Byrd Flight?

The new Cara Cara in G-10 is great for a $25 folder, but I would be very happy to see the Filght model in new handles (definitely the best looking knife in the Byrd line). Does anyone know if Spyderco is going to release such version?
 
I haven't a clue, but I would second the notion. The Flight is my only Byrd so far, and I think it is a great knife, especially at that price, but it would see more pocket time if it was lighter.

Actually G-10 version won't be any lighter because of thick liners (compare the weights of different versions of Cara Cara). You should better wait for the FRN handle with thinner, nested ones.
 
Yeah - I think it would be great with G-10 handle. I am going to buy a G-10 Cara Cara, but now I found the Flight Byrd and I hesitate... The Flight seems to me nicer, but I want the G-10 handle :-(. Has anyone some new info about it?
