Pretty sure kershaw has the patent for composite blades. But elmax with lime green would be sweet!
I'm going to go ahead and say that I hope they don't. I'm already broke and running out of room to put all my Para-2s and there's no way an ELMAX Para-2 can be released without getting me into more trouble with the wife![]()
Maybe a composite para 2 sprint. Something like elmax/3v
Elmax with ghost jade g10 scales. I forgot who mentioned this on the forum, but I think it would be awesome!

I am not saying Elmax isn't a great folder knife. But the design of the PM2 would not take the best advantage of it. That is why there is a m390 pm2 instead of an m4. Spyderco prefers to get the most function out of its knife.
Which for the life of me can't figure out why the Spyderco Gayle Bradley "Air" at 1.27oz bothers with M4? I like the knife, I like the steel but an award winning chopper type steel on a feather weight knife?

It's not just an award winning chopper steel. Those competitions are more than chopping, and CPM M4 is known for more than its toughness. Cpm M4 does very acute angles better than a lot of steels, which makes it well suited for a small gents knife; you can put a very thin edge on it, and it will hold it better than a lot of steels, which makes sense in a gents knife that is only going to see light use.
