Mmmmmm..... Mossy NMFBM.

I only picked up one a CG NMFBM when it was on the Busse Site, I love it so much that if Busse had kept it up there Longer I would have placed an order for a second one, but they took it down then my funds got tight so all those that have been for sale on the exchange I could not pick one up but again I have one and I it will be my last fixed blade to go if they have to go someday.

It is a longer blade, as others have mentioned. The two NM FBM versions are shown at the right.

The scalloped spine on the FBM is all good...but darn it there is just something hot and sexy about the straight spine on the original and apparently the NMFBMLE's that can't be beat.....

Even though the NMFBM is a couple inches longer, mine feels lighter. It has a different character than either the FBM or FFFBM runs.

Yeah. My black/black canvas CGNMFBM is lighter than my FFBMs, even though it's longer. It is a little more blade heavy, though. My NMFBM is thinner than a CGFBM... it's not too heavy to use at all. Great knife. Although if I had had more funds, I would have wanted to score one of the LEs or just a thicker, fatter CG :D

thanks for the info fellas.....

i just traded(in principal) my 2008 SFNO SE for a CGNMFBM, and was having a slight case of trader's remorse, but i am glad i did now that i read everyone's input.....

thanks again......

it seems that flat ground SFNOs are not nearly as coveted as the old sabre ground SFNOs......

a few ounces and angles of steel makes hundreds of dollars of difference!!!! amazing...
