Will there ever be a Busse Shop tour via Pictures or videos?

I know that the shop is not opened to public which got me thinking; what does the Busse Company shop look like? I can't seem to find pictures of it anywhere on Google or Forum (or I just suck at search words).

Reason why I would like to know what it looks like is because it's such a well known knife company with seemingly high volume of knives coming out of one place. How is the shop set up, the lay out, is it a Duck Dynasty-type environment? Or is it a professional Kershaw-like manufacturer/factory? Or is asking any of those questions a Taboo due to "Not open to public" stance?

Since I'm relatively new to the Busse knife community, I'm not sure if such info is already out there or not.

There are some pics of folks in the shop, where you can see some of the CNC stations in the background. Sorry, no links.

The Man Power required to clean up all the empty JW bottles would throw the delivery schedule into chaos!!!!!

I have to agree with Andy its about the end results....

That did not stop the Duck Dynasty crew inside their own warehouse.

I'm sure there are some people like me that have curiosity about where the knives came from. I mean the "end results" are great and all but I like to see the background, the origin, location, how Busse company exist as a manufacturing entity. I've seen other knife making companies show their own workshops either in videos or photo tours and I appreciated such insight into their lives. Nothing wrong with such want, right?

You really believe the DD crew you see is knocking out tens of thousands of duck calls...NOOOO....You see their antics however they have a separate
shop with trained Possums assembling the calls....

That's besides the point. ;)

The Animal activists would not appreciate the drinking habits of all the trained Badgers performing their duties behind those closed doors....:D

They should at least install a drive thru window... I mean gosh! :D

Hmmmm.....I like the way you think....Maybe pick up a knife and Cocktail at the same time...Now that's a Home Run....:D

I heard the shop is home to many magical creatures. Unicorns, Pixies, Trolls, etc, etc.

They are camera shy, and realistically, would become hunted creatures if photographed.

But more seriously, the process for INFI, including heat treat is kept under tight wraps. Any kind of shop tour could realistically open those processes up to scrutiny.

I used to work in a manufacturing plant with secret processes. Our closest competitor would literally tresspass, dumpster dive, try and poach employees, it was a constant fight.

They would make frivolous law suits (we won every single one). Underhanded tricks galore.

We would put 25% of the income directly back into R&D to create new processes, etc. We would develop something, and then our buyers would tell us that our competitor had the same process within days.

My point is that in a business where there are already IP thefts daily, copies, and thievery, keeping the secrets of INFI have to be of concern.

Really, it is what makes their knives special! They wring every bit of performance out of the steel (which ever they use).

Busse is a private company and a closed shop. They divulge the info they want to. While I would like a little more insight into the inner workings myself, I understand their not wanting to divulge too much information and it allows them to concentrate on the important things. Other than drinking that is, like making all these fine knives.

It be a once a month thing lmao

I don't care about how they make the knives. I just wanted to know their environment, the vibes, such as is the Busse company as insane in their own building as they are on here? :p

Busse Makes knives, not reality sitcoms. This forum and the knife shows are the closest you will ever get to what you seek.
