We are much more laid back and reserved on the forums than we are at the shop. We work hard and play much harder.

Garth pretty much hit the nail on the head, this place is pretty intense. I'm not sure the general public could handle it all at once. Every newbie has to go through a rigorous training course to be able to handle daily Busse and Busse-kin life.
