If you have a torx wrench, the Buck Mayo is quite simple to strip and rebuild. I have had mine apart many times but decided to changed the slab shape too. Even the custom Mayos use nylon so the bronze (Unless Tom changed recently) is no big deal for me. I'd just like to see it out. Hole pattern is not that important but the lightning (Or the curved/hurricane variation of it) pattern seems to be classic Tom so that would be nice to see.
