Will these survive heat treatment?

So I'm working on my first folder and I'm a little concerned that some of these pieces that I've carefully fit with other pieces will break in heat treatment. They're made of CPM 154 and will be sent out somewhere to be heat treated (still haven't decided where).

The long piece is the the back lock and the smaller piece is the part at the bottom of the handle that holds the spring in place.
Do these pieces even really need to be heat treated? I figure the back lock does, but I don't know about the bottom piece.
Obviously I'll clean the pieces up a bit before I send them off.

Thanks!

Being a air hardening steel they should be fine. Air hardening steels don't create the internal stresses that something like water hardening steels do and hold their dimensions way better to.
