Only thing I see that could be a problem is the frame type, you can't face mount it like you can a 56C frame. This would be a problem on something like a GIB. Also, the shaft size is 7/8". You would need drive wheel bored for this size. RPM, TEFC enclosure, 2hp and 3 phase all look good for a grinder.
You can get a 7/8" bore from OregonBladeMaker And since your are building your own, making a mount would be easy, even if you want to have a tilt for horizontal grinding.
