I forged this out of a 21x2x1/4" piece of 1080 and I make my own "mycarta"
I think it'll work!
OAL 23.5"
Blade length 18" and 2.5" wide at the sweet spot!

LOL Wow, a cow Zombie....what if it were a cyborg too? A Cyborg/Zombie/Alien

The micarta looks unique.. Did you make a ball instead of layering?
I used 12 pieces of black t-shirt, 6 pieces of a dark red, 4 pieces of a brighter red, one yellow and one orange. All the pieces were 2"x11" and after soaking them I layered them then folded them in half and put as many twists in it as I could. Soaked my press with oil so the goopy mass wouldn't stick and squeezed the heck out of it. After it dried, I cut in 1/2 for two scales.

Is that safe to wield?
Not sure why it wouldn't be....

I think it would cut a tree in half with one blow. Flesh, even rotting, wouldn't stand a chance.

I am sure that would take the head off of anything with one good swing!
That is a real nice piece of work. I love the flowing curve of the blade and the nice active hamon.
Great work sir.

Cool blade.
The key to an effective upright beheading is wrist snap and following through on your swing. "Only a poor carpenter complains about his tools".

Cool, glad you all like it, I have a couple similar in the works. One very close to this that also has knuckles! I'll make sure I post pics!

Some questions don't have to be asked... But: yes.

Nice job on the yourcarta btw
