I think you're on to something here. The "legendary lineage" would mean a legendary Busse and what is more legendary than a Steel Heart? I'm still hoping for a Mistress or something big...

A NO CHOIL SJ TAC CG would float my boat but an Ergo SJ is also something not previously offered. We've had the BOSS Jacks in many configs but not recently so a modified Boss Jack/SHSJ has a shot. Most of the other guesses/wishes would also have to be modified so as not to exactly replicate an older model. We've just had the ASH 1, ASH 2, and new SH-E so perhaps a modified Fusion Steel Heart. Have they ever had CBT blades? Its size assumes that a mid-sized blade is anything shorter than a Ruck/Rucki. Same goes for a new Battle Mistress. Just had the ASHBM and Battle Saw so the First Gen. BM's are out here. He just modified the SH E handle so maybe the same mod for a BM E. (Or the CG SAR 4, 6, 7, or 8 to put coated versions out there as I and others have previously guessed.) The "legendary lineage" kind of rules out the War Boar, HG 55 and other one offs. On the other hand, which lineage is more legendary (to us) than Busse Combat itself? This could let that jolly but sneaky old elf Jerry Claus offer a Nuclear Seahorse CG or some such GFD creation. We'll see.
