Will ZT ever release another collab folder…?

The only ZT's I've kept are collabs. Their in-house designs just aren't very good IMHO. It's a shame because their ability to build quality knives is certainly there.

The 0095 is the exception

I am seriously tempted to grab the MagnaCut and micarta 0562 / Hinderer Slicer collaboration they released last year. I already have the the 0562CF (carbon fiber) and 0562Ti (full titanium) in 20CV though....

Same here. I wanted one of the 0392 bowies so bad. But they are nearly impossible to find, and can get close to $1k.
After lusting over those for years, I finally just bought an Eklipse, ans Now I have several. And scales. And a fixed blade… So if anything, Rick owes ZT a free design

Oh how I wish. I’ve owned many ZTs over the years. No doubt that in their heyday, they were by far my favorite production knife manufacturer. The ten I still have are Onion, Hinderer, Emerson, and Sinkevich collaborations. I can't believe it’s over. But it is.

I love my 0095BLK S90V. I initially liked my 0470, but now that the stars and stripes ano is super faded it's become a "meh" knife.

How about a Brian Tighe collab?

I would love to see ZT build a Demko collaboration. Now that Cold Steel has jumped the shark, an excellent quality production version of some of his knives would be refreshing.

It would be cool to get ZT to do a collaborative project with Busse. We have been clamoring for a Busse folder for at least 20 years, and ZT can certainly help that to happen. An all steel infi bladed folding camp knife from the genius of these two great brands would be worth having. Talk about having the benefit of excellent parental genetics!!!

Yeah I've had a BT&F Twist Tighe OTF for four years.

He also collaborates with CRKT.

I've had like 5 or 6 0452/multiple variants, 0920, 0095, 0620cf, 0630cf, 0562, 0561?, 0804cf, and probably others I can't even remember. I gave all my 0452's away even tho I love those knives. Still have the 0630cf and the 0804cf. Gifted the 0920 to a buddy.


So yea, I've had a boat load of zt. 2 things:

1. They make better emersons than emerson

2. More les george and sinkevich designs that have the 4in blades!
