This knife started out as a rough drawing- sketch a week ago. I've been wanting to make a big willowleaf for a while. I suppose I can see some Grohman (canadian belt knife), Bob Lum, and maybe some zulu in it. I'm calling it what the title says.
SPECS
Blade and spring Ats-34, cryo, 3/32" stock.
Blade has 14" hollow grind, 600grit hand finish and drawn swedges.
Liners 419 ss mill relieved, all harware and pins ss
Scales Black linen based Micarta. Ace of spades shield is inletted and pinned
Closed length 5 1/4", open length 9 3/8", The depth of the blade top to
bottom is 7/8". So a big knife. Back is flush open, half stop, and closed.
This knife pulls at about a solid "5" and smooth.
Crescent nail nick, it plucks easily with the EO notch

That is really something,the Ace of spades really sets it off.
I love that pattern also,really nice work.
 
Don't know If I knocked it out of the park but it is a ways from my grease and coffee

That is definitley a unique piece. One of the slickest knives I ever had made was drawn up on a napkin over breakfast!! Nice job, Ken.
 
very unique and tastefully done, I love how thin it is. I would think it would be a pleasure to carry.
