They had only one. And no I didn't get it, I stared at it for two days though waiting for someone to take the temptation away. Just couldn't swing it right now.

I just got my Startac that i ordered. I got one with the old pivot but with the new jimping. Did anyone else get one like mine as well?
 
Did we ever figure out if the Star-benzas have the double silver lug as standard?

They do, they just haven't confirmed it yet in this thread. It is confirmed and I don't know of any of them that don't have it.

When a sentence ends with a ?... Nevermind. I did miss a comma but I didn't think it was confusing. I just picked up a Startac which is what this thread is about, Is there aftermarket and or CRK deep pocket clip available from anywhere that anyone knows of? Hope that question is more clear to the people who will answer...

I got the old style pivot StarTac and returned it for the new style.

Much cleaner look, IMO. Can't be sure but maybe a bit smoother opening and closing.

Also, I never did like the idea of having to buy proprietary pivot tools.

And why is the Zaan the only CRK folder that doesn't come with a pivot tool?
