Made in USA Wilton Square Wheel belt grinder. Stock 1 HP 110v single speed motor. Custom Koval Knives (anyone remember them? 
) adjustable platen with 1-1/2"x2" and 3"x2" contact wheels, and pyroceramic glass on platen for cool running and wear resistance. Runs like a demon.
Does not come with stand or grinding belt. Just the grinder.
New version of this grinder is made by Jet Tools, and is made in China, and sells for $2400.
Every knife I've ever made was done on this machine.
The areas on the body that have been scuffed with an angle grinder are where the brackets I made for mounting a VFD and motor were, and I had to remove them to put the original motor and drive wheel back on.
note the blood spots on the arm here - from grinding a zero-ground kwaiken. Didn't even know I'd cut myself. Happened years ago. Kept it there to remind me!
I have this listed on CL for $1400, but if anyone here is interested they can have it for $OLD.
Local pickup only, or if we can agree on a halfway point, I might be willing to meet someone somewhere.
