I voted A. I like the original logo myself but than again it's more of I don't like the other logos more as I think they could all be made better.

I think you should stick with A. Its a nice use of negative/positive space and lets your eye fill in what it needs to.

I'm worried that the thinner letters in B or C will wear out faster. Options A and D have huge blobs of "ink" that will still resemble a logo even after a good amount of wear.
