My resolutions are to work harder at things that need to be worked at, to get in better shape, and to generally try to be a good person.

Don't think I'm too late yet.....

I've just recently taken up archery and I have set myself two goals: I would like to hunt a dear this year and I would like to score 300 on the 5 spot target.

More like pie in the sky....

Thank you, Joyce and Spyderco. I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of the little SE Mili. I've been eyeing the PE version for some time and will probably pick one up soon if this SE is as nice as I suspect it is. I just may retire my full size PE Military from the EDC rotation!

I own a military and it doesn't hold a candle to the para. Stouter, not quite so large, same great geometry and ergos. If I could just remember it's not a standard liner lock when closing it my index finger would start to heal!
 
I need to quite smoking (for good). I need to drop some weight like most people but most of all, I need to treat my wife with more respect and kindness when I am under stress. The holidays were stressful and I found myself snapping at her like I do when I am stressed and she doesn't deserve that. I need to claim down and let things flow over me for a few seconds before I say something I don't mean.

Life is too short to be bickering and fighting with your loved ones. Lets all make life a little nicer to those around us. Don't be so critical of others and don't get upset when something minor happens. Put things in persective and don't let the little things ruin your day. And remember, they are all little things.:D
 
Mine is to listen to the doctor and get in more cardio.

Resolution is to get back in shape. Last time I exercised on a regular basis was 3 yrs ago before the birth of my 2nd son. Put on a few unwanted pounds so I want to start running again.

Mine is to spend more time with my best friend. I mean way more time. He is suffering from multiple myaloma(sp?) and is mid stage 3. Cool thing is he seems to be in remission now, at least for now. So that is my resolution. Cool thing is my wife and family don't mind at all. So here is the deal as I see it. If I win donate the knife to an auction site for a good cause. Just because I feel lucky to be able to spend time with my bro. keepem sharp and Happy Holidays.
