Win A Special LE BK10!!

Thank you all for donating, very much.

I talked to Critter today, and it looks like we are off to a good start, but we need to keep it rollin'. So, bring anyone you can to the forums, and get them involved.

I hate it when my daughters school sends home "fund raisers", but I bite the bullet and order stuff anyway.

This is a good cause, and what we are protecting, is equally important. Drag'em kickin' and screamin', but make sure as many people you know hear about it.

Please.

Is KnifeRights for Americans only?

i dont think we have as many issues with knife legislation here in canada.

Its an American based organization, but donations are donations. I'm not sure what's going on in Canada, but its a daily fight here.

Yes, our focus is the USA. Canada's knife regulations are generally stricter than the U.S. in most all cases.

Donated, order #00000050. No point in not supporting such a cause, and thanks for the chance.

generally not, afaik. fixed blades are frowned upon in cities, but i dont believe there is any law against them. and i dont know of any length restrictions. the only hard and fast one i know of is no knives in a place that sells or serves alchohol.

for the rest, it is based on intent. a knife is just a tool until someone intends to use it as a weapon, so a SAK could be confisct=ated if you kept it in your boot and were starting fights in a bar, whereas a tactical folder could be A-OK

Your assumptions are not quite correct, but I don't really want to sidetrack this thread, so if you want to continue this debate, feel free to post over in the Knife Laws section and I'll be happy to respond in detail.
