Up for sale is a vintage Winchester "Black Box" 3964 3 blade stockman pocket knife made in 1987. These knives are highly prized for there excellent quality and craftsmanship. This example is no exception. This knife was made by Queen Cutlery via contract from Blue Grass Cutlery. The scales are jigged bone and the color ranges from medium to dark brown. The blades are all high carbon 1095 steel. All of the blades open and close with a nice snap. The back springs have little to no gaps as you can see in the photos. They also sit nice and flush when the blades are open and closed.
The knife does not appear to have ever been carried, used or sharpened. The knife does show a little bit of wear from the blades being opened/closed and a little tarnish hear and there from age. Please see the photos as they are the best description of the knifes condition.
