Winchester Cartridge series question

Hello, does anyone know off hand if the Winchester USA Cartridge series is 1095 or stainless? Searching, I've found that they are made by Camillus, but that is the only info I've found. Thanks in advance!

The bone models with cartridge shield was made by Queen and is 1095.

The two I have (Toothpick and Sunfish) are both carbon steel.
