Winchester Norfolk Congress in Pearl, Stag and Utica Jig Bone
These are all based on a 3 1/4" closed pattern using 1095 carbon steel............the 4 blade Congress has a main that measures 1 7/8" and secondaries at 1 3/8" while the 2 blade Congress has a main that measures 2 1/4" and its secondary at 1 3/8"....For those not familiar with these knives, Blue Grass Cutlery licensed the Winchester Brand name and contracted Queen Cutlery to produce the offering....these are part of the "Black Box" series... named because they come in a Winchester labeled black box. Bill Howard the owner of Great Eastern designed the pattern when he was with Queen Cutlery.
