This is a Winchester Marine 2 3/4 -3–12 gauge with a 18 1/2 inch barrel. This shotgun is absolutely beautiful and is 99% wood and 97% metal. The gun looks unused but has some very light flaking in the chrome finish (almost unnoticeable).

This model is rare and hard to find on the market. Package also comes with carrying case, shoulder strap.
