I was waiting for an appointment and needing to kill some time I found knife shop. It's been a while since I purchased a knife and while my CS seems to be holding up just fine I have found myself wanting to purchase an Adamus. That is until I saw a display with ZT. I have never owned a ZT and they seem to be pretty popular on this forum so I decided to hold one. I selected the 0350BW to hold onto and my damn impulses cost me $130 brand new. I have to say that for a pretty hefty EDC it does fit the pocket nicely. I am anxious to see if it holds up to some pretty hefty use. So far I like it....that is until the next impulse kicks in. I think I just need to stay away from that shop!

I had some time to kill while waiting for an appointment. I wandered into a knife shop that I have never been to. It has been a while since I purchased a knife and while my newest CS has been doing just fine, I have found myself looking more and more at the Adamus for some reason. This all changed when I went into this shop. I saw a ZT display case and saw a knife that I wanted to hold. I held onto a 0350BW and ended up walking out with a $130 impulse. I have never owned a ZT and I really like the ergonomics of this knife. I am excited to see how this knife performs with some use. It is a bit big but it EDC just fine. I don't really know its there. I think I need to just stay away from this place cause this will get a bit expensive because the Adamus has not left my mind completely even though I am liking this new ZT. :)

I don't have a knife shop close to me- I'd be in trouble. Be glad it was only $130!!!

I carried one of these every day for about a year . Great knife and worth every penny. Congrats and enjoy.

That is the first ZT I ever handled. I believe it is one of the least expensive which is why I was looking at it in particular. Decided it was a bit much for my pockets. Later purchased a different ZT to scratch that itch.

I used to love that blade profile. I have a couple SOGs that have very similar blade shapes. They are some of the first knives I purchased after joining BF's. I now prefer a more slim shape, but I change as the wind blows. Hope you enjoy the ZT.

That's a great deal on a great knife. I don't own a 0350, but I have a 0360SKD and it's an awesome knife. I think the ZT03xx knives tend to get underappreciated, but when you stand them up against the Large Grips and PM2's, they certainly hold their own. I typically don't care for most assisted open knives, but ZT does a good job executing it. Enjoy your knife...but be warned...once the bug has bitten, it's hard not to add a second...or third...or tenth hi-$ knife to the collection!

Thanks everyone! While I don't have My experience with knives other than trying toaqiire whatever catches my eye I can say this knife is big but carries well. I hate spending over 100 on a knife but this just felt really good. My fiancé doesn't like it because her Kershaw Blur is "cuter." which is fine so she won't take it to work like she did my blur until I got her one of her own. 😄
