This is the final version of my hunting axes. The handle has been slightly re-shaped for maximum comfort when chopping, and the tangs have been tapered for better weight. These things are amazing they chop like crazy and hold an insane edge! The steel is 80CRV2 @61 RC with spring tempered tangs. Handles are held in with gflex epoxy and flared SS tubing. They both have my stonewashed finish which is excellent wearing. The sheaths are 7oz vegetable tanned leather with belt carry on the back. There are two videos at the end of them being tested by my Bro. Let me know what you guys think!
