Winkler Field or Belt knife, what's your preference?

I'm thinking about getting a Winkler Field knife, but it may be a bit large to carry in most situations reasonably for me.
I may consider the Belt knife or Hunting knife.
I really need to see one in person I suppose, what are your opinions if you've had the opportunity to own or handle the different models?

The same question plagues me lately... my inclination is towards the field knife. Then I debate it... then I end up not buying either. This cycle seems to be on repeat indefinitely with me. Watching your thread with great interest!

The Field knife is only an inch longer in blade length. That 1 inch of extra steel isn't gonna make that much of a difference over the belt knife. If I were in your shoes id go with the Field knife.
Edit: The Winkler 2 models are pretty tough. Check out the video on Dan's page. :thumbup:
Edit X2: The belt knife is sweet too. Either will be good. Just get one, and post pics. :thumbup:
