Daniel Winkler has switched over to 80CRV2 High Carbon Steel as his standard steel. 80CRV2 High Carbon Steel can be compared to 5160 carbon steel, but on steroids and with a better edge! 80CRV2 High Caron Steel is one of the toughest steel out there.
