Check out the WINKLER KNIVES WKII SKINNING KNIFE. Daniel Winkler has switched over to 80CRV2 High Carbon Steel as his standard steel. 80CRV2 High Carbon Steel can be compared to 5160 carbon steel, but on steroids and with a better edge! 80CRV2 High Caron Steel is one of the toughest steel out there.
