I have a Jenny Wren and a Shrike as well, great hawks!
I spent some time trying to decide wether the Little Bird was different enough to justify picking one up and figured at a little more than half of the cost of the other 2RMJ's that I own it was worth getting one just to check it out. At the very worst it'll make an exceptional gift for a very good hunting buddy or I'll be able to recoupe most or all of my cash in a sale depending on how popular they get it how quickly they sell out- maybe I'll just keep them all
It seems to be a little thicker than the Wren so it may prove to be a little bit better wood chopper. I have to be very careful not to cut myself when I choke all the way up on the wren but there's plenty of room away from the edge on the LB with the only problem being that they held the handle a lot shorter, which will also hopefully lead to it being better as a wood chopper.
I use the JW whenever I go out into the woods and also take it hunting, it's proven itself time and again and is very useful in processing white tail. It's small size and powerful bite make it easy to carry around. If the LB proves as easy to carry ( not sure because it appears to have a longer head and may not fit as comfortably under my arm/coat ) it may just bump the Wren out of its place on top.
The Shrike is for playing around, it never gets used and is basically kept because of how awesome it is, and for a day that I hope never comes kind of thing; plus there's no real reason to ugly it up when the JW us such a little work horse.
I can't wait to see how the LB does. Once my arm heals up from this shoulder replacement I'll find some time to get out into the woods and check it out. If you guys haven't beat me to it I'll report back for the rest of you.
