Its new. Has a leather wrapped handle, kydex pocket sheath (also accepts soft loops w/ pull the dot(not included). Quality is evident the second you have it in hand.

If you don't like the let I'm sure you could rewrap it with 550 or 275 cord, or whatever like add G10 or micarta scales, use your imagination. Personally the leather is an awesome touch and isn't going anywhere.
