**WINNER ANNOUNCED** Stockman Give-away

Very generous indeed! I guess I'm in as well. Ryan (sort of) beat me to the punch. My title is : "Just in Case".

Thanks,
HARDBALL

Love stockman patterns...I don't have a yellow Case. I would be a sweet addition. Please count me in.

I'd love a chance at a classic! I love Case knives -I carried this whittler today. Thank you!

I'm in! I would love to add this to my collection. I have the
blue bone medium stockman and it is almost too nice to use;
but of course I have too many already(that's okay by me:thumbup:)

I'm like to join in on the orca wins the Case Stockman GAW! thread. Now that's a perfect thread title right there. :D

Shameless! I like it

your wish is my command.
hmmm hows about just off the top of my head.

Stick a Stockman in your Stetson.
Have a Stab at a Stray Stockman for a Steal.
Sturdy Stockman Stands Strong.
Stay Stable for Stockman Stampede .

Stupid Stooge Stumbles ,Steps on Stingray and Stops Still.

not an entry btw.
cheers.

Hah! That's some appalling alliteration amigo!
I reckon you take the cake.

Not sure if I count as a traditional knife enthusiest since I am not sure if I own a real traditional, I might and thats a very big might have one safely stored away that was either my great grandfathers or grandmothers that I had for over 20 years but it's too hard to get to that location to check. And I wouldn't dare EDC or use that knife. So I am not sure I even qualify.

Methinks you qualify just fine. Thanks for the back story as to your motives for entering.

Not an entry but how about "My Case needs a new place!" ???

Catchy!

I think you should call it "The Old Yeller Stockman Giveaway!" I think of that movie every time I see a CASE in yellow delrin. Not an entry

I truly hopes whoever wins this knife doesn't take it out back and shoot it. :grumpy::p:D

How about "Taking Stock(man) in Friendship by giving"? Wow the corn flew on that one!

Wow indeed. :thumbdn::barf:

Thanks for the contribution my friend! ;)

Thanks everyone else for the pictures, kind words, and interest. Glad to see this is turning out to be an entertaining give-away!

Awesome is as awesome does.

Not an entry, but a vote of appreciation for sharing a great knife with a lucky forum member.

I'm in, thanks for the chance.

Would be a wonderful addition to my collection, because i have NO yellow Stockman... until now ;)

Here is one of mine: Carl Schlieper / German Eye - Stockman 350 - red jigged bone

not an entry, as I already carry a 6 dot (1994?) version of that same knife -- love the pictures, though, especially noticing differences between the different generations. (like on mine, all 3 brass liners are the same thickness and the fore/aft scale pins sit below the surface of the yellow delrin.)

Thanks a lot for the giveaway.

I've been really getting into the traditionals lately. I've just moved to a much more liberal climate (Chapel Hill, NC) and was motivated to pick up some traditional, nonthreatening knives to carry instead of my Spydercos and such. Now I just wish I'd gotten into them sooner!

I'm in!

I'm in. I still have my first stockman, a Buck with indented bolsters that my dad gave to me. Still one of my favorites.
