 I'm in for a chance with this interesting knife. Are there no markings at all? Do you even have an idea what country it is from?

Thanks for the give away.

Here's a "knife related" picture. My buddy Mike watching (reading?) posts on the traditional knife subforum of bladeforums.com. Maybe he is wanting to see some of Sarah's kitty pictures.

Ok we have a winner. Post number 42. Looks like FES and that means this one is going to NZ!
FES I left you a visitor message because there is no email/messaging enabled on your profile. If anyone knows how to reach FES otherwise either email me or him please. Thanks and congrats!

Addressing a few questions in the thread. No I am not the maker. It was made by American bladesmith Bobby Flemming of North Carolina.

I also wanted to mention how impressed I am by the under 18 crowd being honest and not taking advantage of the honor system. Good work guys you all will reap the benefits of honesty in the long run. It makes quite a statement about your individual characters. I don't think I was as evolved when I was that age.

Thanks to all who participated.

Big congrats to both the OP for a great give away, and to Fes, who I am sure will be skinning something with it in the very near future!

Carl.

Congrats to Fes, with stag and L6 this knife seemed destined for him anyway :D edit: as he prophesied himself!

Kittens. Sleeping kittens.

Actually, I believe they are NZ possums-- way cuter than the North American rat-tailed iteration.

Congratulations, FES!

-- Great giveaway, Brian. :)

Well I hope they were delicious. They do look kind of like pets though.

Wow, Fes is going to love that knife! :) Congratulations Fes, and thanks again Brian, that was a very generous giveaway.

Also share your thoughts on our younger members, young but mature
