I've been here 5 years, and over 1000 posts, but I've participated more this past year than the previous four put together. I've been the recipient of much generosity. Not only in knives but in knowledge and fellowship. I've won a few. Thank you jone, Philllll. I've been gifted a few. Thank you Nal0n, Marke, Sarah.

So...time to give a little something. The prize: a Case yellow Peanut in CV.



What's that you say? Already have one? Of course you do, but not like this one; it's been "r8shell-ized" It sports a nifty pen-to-wharncliffe mod. Also it has a cute little slip. :)



Open to anyone who has participated in discussions in Traditionals. I'll send to anywhere USPS will flat-rate to. (I think that's pretty much anywhere.) Just say I'm in. An amusing photo or story would be appreciated. Maybe something knife related or pertaining to your holiday festivities.

You must be 18yrs of age, and be legally permitted to own this in your jurisdiction.

I haven't decided how I'll pick a winner, yet. Either random.org or something whimsically cat related. (AKA the Pertinux Method) Maybe I'll write your names on little cubes of cheese and see which one the cat eats first.

This is my sisters cat PINO with a melon hat- how humiliating. The second pic kind of says "if you ever make me wear a stupid hat again the claws of vengeance will be deployed upon your lounge"
 
Not an entry. I've given away a yellow CV peanut on this forum sometime earlier. It had really nice fit and finish, and the blades were perfectly centered; that being said, it was nowhere near as cool as the r8shell 'nut!

I'm in. Son-in-law was home for Christmas and made the mistake of not asking me to open something. He stabbed his hand. He'll live. I suggested he have me do any knife work in the future.
 
Not am entry, that's an awesome mod! I've been on the receiving end of an awesome Nalon gift, I keep it to this day in one of my cars!

I like your modification to that nut, and it comes with a slip, I'm in! The other day my wife came home with a kitten. She took a few of the grandchildren for a walk around the neighborhood. A kitten ran out of the woods and greeted them. As they continued their walk the kitten walked under the stroller all the way to our house. We asked around to see who owned the kitten and the neighbors thought they were ferel cats. Our two dogs, who usually bark and growl at cats, love this kitty. It is their kitty, not my wife's.
