Hi R8shell
Not an entry- as I dont usually carry a smaller knife ( the problems with fat fingers lol ) but that is a real sweet knife and the winner is sure to be Rapt!!
Thank you for your great 1k posts, I ALWAYS enjoy reading them
In! Awesome!I was just going to post this pic. I bought the trapper today, don't have a yellow peanut, though I am slowly working on yellow knives to start my collection.
I have 2 hobbies. Watches and knives. This Christmas was celebrated with my parents. One morning when I slept in my fiance spoke to my dad over breakfast about my two hobbies. When I finally left the bed I was welcomed to the table with my grandfather's old hunting knife that I remember from all the fishing trips as a kid. There was also my great grandfather's knife that I've been eying in its display case since forever. On top of that there was some random gold Omega pocket watch. The knives were of course the stars of the show.
Hope you'll forgive my 'Not an entry', seeming as I was lucky enough to win this classy Camillus BSA Whittler - and handmade pocket sheath - in one of your previous giveaways I just wanted to thank you for all your kindness and for your contributions to this great place, and to wish everyone good luck and a Happy New Year
Very nice modified Peanut, Rachel; looks great! Thanks for your willingness to share it with someone. No cat pictures to share, but I am enjoying the holidays with my daughter who lives in Spain. One of the very enjoyable parts is visiting Spanish cuchillerias (knife shops) in the towns we go to; my daughter is learning more than she ever wanted to know about knives since she often has to serve as my interpreter, broker/negotiator/closer! The shops are usually quite small in area/volume, but you can fit a LOT of knives in a quite small storefront! I wish there were shops dedicated to knives back home in my reasonably large metropolitan area.
Good luck to all the entrants, and best wishes for 2015 to everyone here!
Time to pick a winner.
I wish I could send you all a wharn-nut, but this one goes to.........
.............meako !!!!
Message me your info, and it will soon be making the long, arduous journey from Texas to...
.......the other side of the world, apparently Hope it gets there by Spring. Or would that be your Autumn?
Thanks to all for playing, and again, Happy New Year!
