Star Wars: "these are not the droids you're looking for... these are not the droids we're looking for. move along... move along.
Serenity/Fire Fly: River [after a nasty crash landing on Serenity]: "I swallowed a bug." Mal to Jayne: "You want to run this ship?!!?" Jayne replies "Yes!" Mal replies "Well [somewhat startled]... you can't." And one of the most memorable overall lines, though not funny, from River: "Two by two, hands of blue." I think that was the "castle" episode?
Star Trek The new one with all the young folks: Spock to Spock "Since my customary farewell would seem oddly self-serving, i shall simply say -- good luck."
Galaxy Quest: perplexed Guy Fleegman at the ignorance of the crew to danger: "Didn't you guys ever WATCH the show?!?!" And, while it's not technically a quote, my favorite scene is the continuity error [actually, it's because of a scene getting cut] when "somehow" Gwen's uniform gets "unzipped" with no explanation (unless you watch the outtakes).
Space Balls: Lone Star "Oh, great, that's all we needed, a Druish Princess!"
