* Winners posted * Rough Rider whittler GAW

Not an entry, since I already have that very model (and gave away a duplicate not long ago).
But I will testify that IMHO, it's a wonderful knife! ;)
Thanks for the generous GAW, Gary!:cool::cool::thumbsup:
Best wishes to all the entrants! :D

Glad to see some interest in this whittler, looks like it's bound to find a good home! And to make this even a more successful give away our friend of the porch @glennbad has a Rough Rider whittler also, his has a clip point main blade and is in fine shape as well.

SO, thanks to Glennbad, come Sunday night I'll be drawing two numbers, or rather the random generator will do that for me and first one gets the first one, second one gets the second one, the photo he showed me looks similar in covers so I don't think either person will be disappointed :)

Thanks Glenn, once the second person PM's or emails me their address, Glenn will mail out that knife direct to the person.

Good luck everyone,
G2

It’s been a long while since I entered a giveaway. This one speaks to me. I am in. I enjoy seeing a well loved knife. Nice GAW. Thanks Gary.

Glad to see so many folks are still alive :) and tomorrow around 5pm I'll run that random number generator and post up the winning numbers, excluding all the kind posts of well wishes and I'll be sure to take note of those that want to direct their potential win to another member on the forum, very kind of you guys to do that as well !
And, those that had multiple posts here, only your initial post number is valid...so, there's that ;)

Hi folks, recently got in a peanut so that displaced the Rough Rider I had in my watch pocket, I have worked to thin down the main blade so while not pretty, she cuts well, as do both the small pen and coping blades.

Terms of the Give Away;

Must be living and a member of the forum....

And must post an 'I'm In' in this thread

Due to the inexpensive nature of this folder, it will be limited to the USofA

On Sunday nite, August 12th, I'll run a random number generator to pick the post number of the winner.

here are a few images of this folder, pretty nice one, but like I say, the main blade sides are now a more brushed finish as I was using my sharpening stones to thin the blade down to cut better.

btw the tiger eye stone in this photo was a gift from my friend @Win Heger and is NOT being sent with the knife, actually Win was kind enough to send a box of stones from Utah for my grandson, and I was allowed to have one for my pocket, I have a good friend in Win and an very good grandson :)

WoooHooo! I won, Oh I won? Post #25.

Thanks so much for doing this GAW. I never won anything before so this is a surprise.

Also I only have one RR and that is a Canoe which was gifted to me by a forum member about a year ago and I use it all the time. I love the steel because it is so easy to sharpen and keep razor sharp.

Also I was on the hunt for a RR whittler on the bay and so this comes as a real welcome surprise.

Thanks Gary!
