I am a collector and user of David Winston knives, and have become friends with David over the last couple years. I think a lot of David as a maker and even more of him as a person. As some of you know, he’s been sidelined with some back problems recently. In talking to him recently I learned that he had several of his fixed blade hunters finished, but wasn’t yet up for selling them on the forums. His son, Jason, also had a couple ready to go. He mentioned that he would probably send them to a dealer. I didn’t give him the chance. I took all of them for a price less than his retail. It was enough below his retail price that I can pass along good prices to people here on the forum on some great knives and help a good friend & talented knifemaker at the same time. Each knife includes a lanyard and leather sheath. Prices include USPS priority mail insured shipping in the CONUS. Add 4% if using Paypal.

The order of the listing below each header matches the order of the knives in the pics below the listing.

David posts his base price for a micarta knife & then has adders for wood, bone, fluting, etc. These are priced about 10% below his prices & include shipping charges. David helped me to price these.

The Model 21 ironwood is priced at $215.00 on David's site and is priced at $185.00 here. That is a 14% discount. I hope this helps.

This knife is still available. The "buyer" has not responded.
 
The simple fact that all of these knives aren't sold is a prime indicator of our economy. I have several Winston Knives from both David & Jason and they are absolutely top shelf. Biting my lip to keep from pulling the trigger on a Model 26!
 
All of the remaining knives have been reduced $10.00. Revised prices shown in the original post.

I am really an admirer of David's work and already have several of his knives. I didn't know he was under the weather and hope he recovers soon.
