There's an Island off the Puget Sound called Bremerton. The women are very large, and are called 'Bremerlos' by the locals...

It's not an island - it's definitely part of the mainland. If you asked, though, I'd bet that most Kitsap County residents would wholeheartedly support making Bremerton an island. The woes of Bremerton would make for an interesting discussion. I recall it being rather nice back in high school. ('90-94.) I try not to go there now, but since PSNS, Keyport, and Bangor all got rolled up into one command (the much-criticized "Naval Base Kitsap" boondoggle) I sometimes have to.

You're spot on about the Bremerlos. We get an entirely better class of large women next door in Silverdale.
