Something I never knew about though I've seen them around in my part o' the woods. Wintergreen - apparently a good snack.

Its actually one of the few plants I'm aware of that are available in the Northeast year round.

Yeah its goooood. I also like a little pine tea once in a while!

We used to make Wintergreen tea and use it as mix with vodka when canoeing.

I make pine tea alot.
Nothin like waking up wet in the morning and making a canteen cup of pine tea.
