Hello,
Since my A2 Santoku is off being heat treated, why not start a new Build. I have just designed a 52100 hunter of the below spec.
Blade length: 5"
Overall length: 10"
Steel: Aldo's 52100 in 5/32"
Hardness: 60rc
I'm probably gonna get started on this one tonight. Lets see how it turns out.
