WIP - Forged hidden tang hunter

awesome stuff wulf. love the handle....and the knife ain't too shabby either! can't wait to see the process up close and personal. please wear pants. :D

I rough in the clip using the rubber wheel below my flat platen. I've drawn some lines on the workbench at 30 and 45 degrees which I use as a visual reference to maintain a consistent angle.

Outstanding knife and wip! Something I found to speed up the sheathmaking is I burnish the edges with the edge of my disc grinder. I use aluminum discs so it is easy to keep it dressed smooth to avoid tearing up my sheath.
