WIP Frame lock knife

ok so here we go, i got all of the stuff in today for it .it is going to be a roller bearing knife, im making 18 of them 2 will be in Damascus and the other 16 will be cpm 154 and for sale! the blade is going to be an 1/8 thick it will have 2 roller bearings, the frame lock will be 1/8 inch titanium it will have exposed skeleton , ill be making custom titanium thumb stud and custom low rider pocket clips, torx screw construction with g10 scale and back spacer im going to post up a pic of the drawings

ohhhh.. that makes sense ill have to make a photobucket account then so sorry guys pics coming on monday gotta go out of town for the weekend
 
Man I can't wait to get one of those! When do you expect to have them available? What are you thinking for pricing?
 
i think so to the guy im working with on the design is VERY concerned about weight on this knife so i add the skeletonizing to make it lighter but still maintain the same style and size

Good progress. Personally I think the blade is too upswept. It needs a little more belly towards the front.

Also is the lock going to be strong enough/have a large enough contact area?

Remember, this is just as a casual observer seeing as how I have not yet made a folder. Maybe it will look different when it has a bevel and it is all finished up.

i was thinking the same thing about the blade i think it needs some more flat area near the heel of the knife
the lock up seems to be plenty strong from the tests ive done this is just a test one before i start on the expensive stuff

thanks i just cut a final blade out of cpm154 and got the lock cut out it locks up nice i tried to drill for the bearings but the ti ate my counter bore is this common and if so waht could i do to fix it?
