I had been updating a customer with photos on the progress of his order, and thought it would be fun to put them all together in a Poster. I like how it turned out and though I would share.

Printing that out on some nice paper would be a unique accompaniment to the final knife. I'm sure any customer would be really pleased to have it.

Cool and nice finished project. I like how the pics in series like this make it look deceptively easy.

Thanks everyone for the Comments... Matt the handle material is called C-Tek, it is fairly new and has had some problems in the past. I think the Company that makes it has ironed out all the issues. The customer specifically asked for it.

REALLY darned cool. The temper picture looks awesome. And the finished product.

EDIT: You gotta have one where the blade is austenitic :D

That's a great demo picture. Could be something to take to a show. I love the coloring on that heat treated blade, too. Frank

Awesome follow through.

Ryan do you usually cut the scales exactly to size before contouring? I always thought that most makers put on two huge blocks of material and worked their way down for some reason.

Thanks everyone for the comments and bringing this one back up. I never thought about having it printed and using it at shows! Jball, Love the Avatar photo I rough out the scales to cut down on time but they are always over sized at the time of Glue up.
