well my second family, tomorow i am doing something i have never done before. im going swing dancing. mind you, i have never danced before. to top things off, it is with the girl i like. otta be interesting. so please wish me luck.

im more nervous than when i started out on this forum talking with all of you knife nuts :D
 
Your driver's license is only 3 weeks old and already on a date. (I'm assuming you're driving).
You're halfway there my friend.
Now the swing dancing, I dunno. Hope you don't have 2 left feet. :)

mike, it isnt really a date, well kinda anyway.

here is some more info. was talking to her and i told her that we needed to hang out. well we kinda planned to do something this thursday (tomorow), but couldnt think of anything to do. so we were still going to do something, and i asked her about it this weekend, and she said we should go swing dancing. well im not going to argue so yeah. also, we are going with others as a group. so kinda a date

respect is number one on my list. not hurting myself (or my chances at a real date later on) is number two on my list
 
well guys im just a bit beyond annoyed and just a lil ticked, and a ton confused.

we couldnt go tonight because of a stupid test we have tomorow, and no one else could go. it ticked me off big time. of course she knew i was disapointed (she was po'd also), but not how ticked i was.

anyway, next thursday we should be going, and this sunday we may be hanging out. i dunno yet.

im sry Thomas that im expressing a "personal" problem on the kershaw forum. i would put this in whine and cheese, but i think of the guys who frequent this forum as a second family. the ppl on W&C wouldnt be as understanding.

anyway thats the update. sry to take away from the knife convo.
 
Just make sure that when you start doing all that Fred Astair stuff on the floor that you take all the knives out of your pockets beforehand... and definitely no tip-up carry... ok. God-speed.
 
oh wait... I see you didn't go... ok, put all the knives back in your pockets and have a beer.

18 actually lol. yeah. i cant wait for when we actually go. of course life decides to through a curve to me. i find out today that she now has a b/f and its a "complicated" relationship. what thats worth, i have no idea. just means i will have to learn to swing dance even better ;) lol.

i bet you thought that was funny Jeremy. the part where oe thought i was 50 lol. yeah. we shoudl start a Kershaw family support forum
 
Sounds like you should be careful around boyfriends and "complicated" relationships ! Watch your 6, lol
