I get to go drink some tasty barium tomorrow to see if the cigarettes have taken their toll on my throat. I've got a hunch that it could just be acid reflux , but my doc said we shouldnt take any chances. Getting older is just so much fun :grumpy:

Good luck to you Mark and prayers sent. Acid reflux can cause real problems but can be taken care of. Could be all that forge heat drying out the ol windpipe.
