Wish to buy

I agree with T, a CG Boss Street would also be a good choice. The blade is a little longer and thicker than the Mean Street at 4 1/4" and .22. You can frequently find them here on the exchange or that auction site that must not be mentioned for around $250. It feels real good in hand too. Here's a couple of pics. The bottom one is a Meaner Street, another good choice. I like the ESEE 3 clip point, but with 1/8" 1095 steel, I don't know how much abuse it could take.

Here is a comp pic of a CABS( thinner version of the Boss Street .140) on top, and the Anni Mean Street on bottom. I guess if you want a 3" blade the Mean Street would be a better choice at 3 1/2" long and .170 thick.

CG Boss Street and CG Anni Mean Street

The Anni Mean Street Military Overrun is realy sweet with a swedge for improved penetration, hollow grind, and double cut finish.

Link with more info and pics on the Military overrun. They are not available from Busse anymore, but you could find them on the secondary market.

Swamp Rat DSF !!!!! You will need to find one as they were limited in numbers but almost perfect for what you want in my never so humble opinion... :D

A Swamp Rat Ratmandu or Rodent 4 would be another good choice, and you could get a custom shop the way you want it :)

OMG... these knives look so nice. Arghhh! It is going to be difficult to buy just one. Well, it will be hard to not want more than one ;) Buying more than one Busse knife is not an option for me.
