That looks like a great design, perfect shape for a slim B&T! Will this pattern be going into the rotation?

That looks like a great, easy to carry, usable knife...I've officially been tempted. I like the hint of drop point, that's a great B&T shape. Will this pattern be going into the rotation?

It`s one I plan on making, just have not got around to it yet.

I'm intrigued by the SQUIRREL! And the thought of designing my own knife, though I'm pretty sure a professional would do a much better job. All I know so far is I want a small outdoorsy knife with tan handles and red liners...that's a start I suppose!

Welcome tall_papa.

Check out this beauty...

A stretched Worker in 154CM w/tan micarta and red liners.

This one is stretched to 8.5" with a 4.5" blade, but John can make it in whatever size suites your needs.

Oh my...that looks perfect! Thank you so much for sharing I like everything about it. I'll be reading that review asap but this might be love at first sight...

The Squirrel is pictured in the pictures sticky on page 62, post #1230.
If anyone could make those pics over to this thread, I would be most obliged.
New guy Tall_Papa wanted to see it

Well I'm not sure what I expected with a name like Squirrel, but somehow that name does fit nicely. I'm afraid my mind was made when mykel m posted his Worker pictures though, this just went from "wishlist" to "waiting list". Thanks for all the suggestions and help!

Thanks for the boost BTW!
Tall_Papa... you going to luv your new JK!
Yes, Squirrel was a collaboration knife and also was 3rd runner up in the design contest of 2015
3rd runner up ..........I had it made as kind of a PARTICIPATION TROPHY.

3rd runner up ain't that bad when you look at the field of competition. Remember the winner was a true work of collaborative art. For those who have forgotten (possibly by choice) and for those new folks, I present the "Thing."

I love THING! It truly is a champion award winning design, due to it's unique lines and functional DNA.

I love this little knife. The design is "unique" (I was trying to draw something that didn't look like anything else in the hope of getting picked), but the blade shape is handy. It allows for a very positive placement of the index finger along the spine to "guide" cuts. Being made of 1/8" stock it's hella strong and the one-of-a-kind scales Peter put on it are the icing on the cake.
