Have any of you guys purchased from them before.
They have a long discontinued knife that is showing available, and I'm very tempted to buy it. I just kind of figure it's not actually in stock, and I want to make sure they are reputable enough to refund me promptly.

Never dealt with them, but their web page shows both local and 800 numbers. If I wanted something from them, and wasn't sure they actually had it, I'd call to confirm it was in stock.
