Steve Dumchus Knives/Nova Blade Prototype, SV withdrawn, shipped ConUS priority with signature.
Very cute and compact EDC blade by Steve Dumchus, sub 3" blade, dark SW titanium handle, XHP Core blade, XHP Core collars, spacer, and pocket clip, on bearings. Bought it as new from a dealer's old stock (or even from his personal collection), carried twice in my knife pouch, cut a few papers. Blade doesn't feel sharp so I tried to sharpen it on my Spyderco sharpmaker. The angle 20 degree seems right and I sharpened it very carefully. However, the resulting blade still does not feel very sharp. You may try other systems or the XHP Core is just hard to sharpen. Also the blade is dark etched so it may have some faint hairlines that came with it not my scratch.
No COA but I can provide messages from Steve to confirm it's his work and materials. Detent is a bit strong but can spydie flick feels good (can also thumb hole open). Opening and closing sound very satisfying. Vids here (sound on):
