New and unused. Comes with nylon sheath. The front finger groove on one side has a smoothed overhang or lip where they hollowed out the groove just a little bit under the edge. I've added an arrow in the 3rd and 4th pictures pointing it out. It's small and not particularly bothersome but I noticed it so I want to point it out. It could easily be sanded down to smooth it down flush with the groove. The 5th picture shows the front groove on the other side where this edge is not as noticeable.
